Abstract

Advanced energy utilization technologies are necessary for the future zero-emission environmentally-friendly society. The development of Thermofluids Engineering Research is greatly expected, especially in the field of efficient heat exchanger, clean efficient combustion technology, fuel cell, and air-conditioning equipment. This Forum aims to broaden international exchanges between Japanese and Brazilian researchers and students on the subjects of Thermofluids Engineering. Brazil developed a large-scale natural power sources and practical use of biomass resources. Japan on the other hand faces a need for the stable supply of energy. We will discuss the future study of Thermofluids Engineering and hope to make close partnership with mutual understanding and cooperation.
